He was picked up by parties In the cafe and tho police station was advised of the occurance. Officers wero soon at the scene und a physician summoned. summon-ed. It was evident that tho man was dead, this conclusion being confirmed confirm-ed by tho physician when ho arrived. Tho body was taken to Larkln & Sonsc' undertaking parlors whero It will remain until the time of funeral, Monday afternoon. Mr Pai on was well known In this city having lived here for upwards of fifteen years, and for ten years had been a driver for tho Ogden Steam laundry. IIo was past 60 years of age and Is survived by a wife and a son, tlie latter. Louis Padon, being employed as messenger for the American Express Ex-press company running from (Salt Lake to -Butte, Montana.
