Show WOOLGROWfRSAND FORESTERS MEET District Forester E. A. Sherman and assistant Forester Homer E. Fenn will attend tho convention of Wool-growers Wool-growers at Boise. Idaho, Friday, December De-cember 1, for tho purposo of taking up matters pertaining to the handling of tho range lands In tho forests of southern Idaho. Considerable friction formerly prevailed pre-vailed between the sheep men and tho foresters of tho Gem state, but that has been obviated through a united uni-ted effort on the part of both prominent prom-inent stockmen and forester to get both parties to tho controversy together to-gether each year and amiably settle questions embraced In the grazing of forest lands. Much good has been accomplished and Mr. Sherman states that at this tlmo there aro no material mater-ial differences of opinion.. At the convention Friday, all tho sheopmon of the southern district of Idaho will either bo present or havo representatives there and he supervisors super-visors of all the forest districts of that section of tho state will bo In attendance Tho questions of grazing lands, together with allotments and rango boundaries will bo discussed In Tall their phases and the conclusions' arrived at will bo the established rules to govern during th0 ynsuing year. Mr. Fenn Is at tho head of the grazing graz-ing department of tho Ogden district which embraces tho Idaho forests and ho Is thoroughly familiar wHh all tlio conditions affecting stockmen in both southern Idaho and tho cntlro stato of Utah. |
