Show THAT $4.00 BOOK FOR 98 CENTS. A few weeks ago this .paper had 1,000 four dollar dictionaries which we sold for 98 cents each. We are receiving letters and applications ap-plications every day for these dictionaries but we can not sell any more. We must return tho money. We did not promise to supply everybody with these $4 books for 98 cents, we only promised to sell as long as the books held out. We announced in this paper that when the 1,000 books were all sold there woud be no more. We also announced that all were gone. Our readers may just as (Continued m Page Six.) ' THAT $4.00 BOOK FOR 98 CENTS (Continued from Page Four.) well understand that when tliis paper states that there aro no more ' books to he had we mean it. Wc hope the 98 cents for dictionaries 1 will now stop coming. We are now selling a hook for 61 cents, a price which will not t even pay for the paper in the book. Out of 1,000 books less than 300 j are left and they are going like hot cakes. There should be no com- i plaint by our readers if they fail to gel one of these books for 61 cents, as every reader has had ample notice. Nine out of len who have called lo look at the great book thought there was something ? wrong with the book, but they all take the book and walk away smiling. Come and see this book and you will be pleased. Watch our premiums; they are worth looking at. |
