Show HRCMtET TOUT IDS OGDEN fiOY A mcBsago vas received in this city yesterday announcing the marriago of Misb Margaret Tout, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Tout, of Ogden, and Dr. G. Emmctt Browning, son of George E. Browning, of this city. Tho ceremony cere-mony was performed in New York on Saturday but further particulars of tho event have not beeu received Dr. Browning and his bride left tor the west at once and aro expected to arrive ar-rive in Ogden tomorrow. While it was known to the relatives aud many friends that they were engaged, en-gaged, tho. exact time of tho wedding was kept secret and the announcement announce-ment of tholr marriago will doubtless bo a surprise to many. Miss Tout, known to her Intimate friends in Utah as Maggie Tout, Is tho second daughter of Mr. aud Mrs. Ed. Tout. The family resided in this city for many years previous to thoir departure de-parture for England, where Miss Tout and her sisters received their musical education. It was Miss Tout's school days in this city that marked the beginning ot the romance which hus resulted In her marriago to Dr. Browning. The courtship which began while Miss Tout was still a resident of Ogden was continued" after her departuro from tlie city. Dr. Browning left about a weok ago for New i.'ork but gave to his friends no hint of his inatri-inonidl inatri-inonidl intentions. The bride Is a sister of Miss Hazel Tout, who has won flattering recognition recog-nition in the leading role of "Tho Pink Lady." It was recently reported that Miss" Margaret Tout had been retained re-tained by Klaw ,fc Erlanger to appear ap-pear in the leading role of the same production which is soon to be staged by the New York syndicate in London.
