Show 'KIMBERLEY ARRESTED 1NZ10N ' Sheriff Harrison was advised this morning by Salt Lake officers that a young man giving his name as I KImberlcy had been arrested In the capital city for stealing horBes in Da-ms Da-ms county, the thefts having boon confessed by the young fellow. The officers also stated that KImberlev had confessed to taking a horse from the Corey Brothers' stable of this rltv but said ho did not Intend stealing It. H had leased a horse and saddle of Corey Brothers, ho said, and fullv Intended to return It His arrest lii Salt Lake prevented him doing so. Klmberley resides at 1M Twenty-seventh Twenty-seventh street, and the officers here are inclined to tho belief that he is responsible for tho disappearance of a number of horses that have been reported missing of late. Only a few days ago an animal suddenly disappeared disap-peared from South Hooper, another ono from Brlgham and also one from RSverdale. An investigation will be madr and It Is possible that tho young man will be charged with tho thpft of horses from Weber county as well as Davis county. Tho sheriff says he has been advised ad-vised that a good animal was taken frdm the rear of Nolson's blacksmith shop on South Washington avenuo a few days ago and has not been seen since. |
