Show mi mm FINAL CEREMONY ROME, Nov 29 The final ceremony cere-mony of the creation of the new members mem-bers of the sacred college will take place tomorrow in tho hall of beatification, beatifi-cation, when the red hat vll be conferred con-ferred on the eighteen new cardinals, including the three American prelates, pre-lates, Mgr. Falconio, formerly apostolic apos-tolic delegate; Archbishop Farley of New York and Archbishop O'Connell of Boston.
