Show POLICE CAPTURE SEATTLE, Wash., Nov 29. A man giving his name as T. F. Breeser was arretted by tho police tonight when he went to a secluded spot to get a. package supposed to contain mone.r demanded in black hand letters sent to W. E. Andrews, president of the Seattle National bank. The letters demanded that Mr Andrews An-drews place a package containing .2,000 behind a certain mall box. When the first letter wus received, Mr An-drows An-drows ignored It, but when a second o'no came today ho consulted with Captain -of Detectives Charles Tcn-nant, Tcn-nant, and it wa3 decided to lay a trap for the man. lIr. Androws accordingly followed tho instructions and placed a dummy package behind the mall box. Detectives Detec-tives were posted whero they could watch the package, and Mr. Androws walked away. |
