Show 'MEN INJURED AND AUTO WRECKED Driving an automobllo at terrific speed last night, Ralph, and Joseph Grange of the Motor Sales company met with an accident that came near costing them tholr lives. They escaped es-caped with a few bad contusions and wounds. Joseph was Injured to a greater extent than Ralph, although It required a number of stitohes to close gating wounds in Ralph's head. Tho men were returning from the Utah Hot Springs when, nt a point near North Ogden. they mot a horso and buggy The automobllo waa turned to the side of tho road, the rate of speed being so great that as tho big raachino swerved, it turned turtle in the road and rolled over two or three times That the men escaped death is almost al-most a miracle, for the .machine ro'lod In such a way that it seems almost Impossible that the occupants could escape nelng' crushed. Tho automobile-was brought Into the city this morning, a total wreck, nothing but the running gear remaining remain-ing Intact. The men wero brought to the city and given medical aid. It was at first feared that Joseph Grange had (suffered internal Jnjurles and had lost one of his eyes. ' It Is said today, however that he Is not In a very dangerous condition. rvn |
