Show BOX ELDER COUNTY GROUP EEGINS WORK J W Duffleld and a force of four men left Salt Lake Wednesday night for the Copper Bell Mining company's property In Now Toundland mountains, moun-tains, Box Elder county, west of the lakeland twc:ity-fic miles south of Terrace, where It is claimed there Is between two and three carloads ot copper ore on the dump reaJy for shipment, and that the men will be put on more ore Mr Duffield has been In that part of the country for the past twenty-years twenty-years where he has dene more or less prospecting The Copper Bell property prop-erty has been worked bv the present company for the past three years It Is located only seven miles south of New Foundland station on the Southern South-ern Pacific railroad There is a 75-foot 75-foot shaft on tho property, which has been sunk on the vein with ore showing show-ing all the way Both lead and cop-por cop-por ores are -found on the property, which consists of eight claims A fair average of tho lea.l Is 17 ounces silver and 147 per cent lead Some of the other oi e shows 12 ounces silver a.nd 1C.90 per cent copper. Samples showing show-ing native copper have been picked up on the property A prominent ledge can be traced for two miles through the country.
