Those appropriations that have a star in front of them have the size of their canal and the date of tho appropriation appropria-tion confirmed by the Geddes decree. Those that have no sjtar at the beginning, be-ginning, directly after the number, were not considered by tho Geddes decree, but we give tho date of appropriation ap-propriation as claimed by tho respective respec-tive irrigation companies on the dates given. "There also may be other Irrigation companies that would have a place sqnicwherc in between the numbers given, but for our purpose tho 24 water rights given answer the purpose. pur-pose. "In order that the Harrlsvlllc ditch may havo any water, tho river would ha'vo to furnish others 287 second feet "Before Liberty would ho entitled to any water, C?5 second feet would have to be supplied to others.
