At Wells the mercury foil this morning to 8 degreos below-zero; below-zero; Carllu, Moutollo and lmlay show 5 abovo zero: at Sparks tho temperature registered 22 degrees above and at Ogden a temporaturo of 1C above was recorded. West of Promontory Point there Jf -rel little snow and there has been no IH -wind on tho lake. M On the Union Pacific, east of Og- H den, the snow has been heavier and H drifting has caused soma delay to H trains. Similar conditions prevail H north, although Oregon Short Line , H trains hav not been greatly delayed. H
