THE STATE OF UTAH TO SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days ' after service of this summons upon you if served within the County in which this action is brought, otherwise within thirty days after such service, and defend the above entitled action ; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, a copy of which is attached hereto and the original filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court. This action is brought to quiet the title of the plaintiff in and to the property situated in Cache County, State of Utah, more par-icularly par-icularly described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the South west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 14 North of Range 1 West of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing 80 acres.
