Show Logan Girl is "Talent Find" Georgene Doutre, Logan, contralto con-tralto singer was named "talent find of the year" at Utah State Agricultural college Friday following fol-lowing an assembly which featured fea-tured all talent finds of the week, Hazel Stoddard, Richmond, public service chairman announced. an-nounced. Miss Doutre was presented the first prize of $10 by Sylvan Er-ickson, Er-ickson, representing tht Logan Kiwanis club, contest sponsors. Second place winner was Gloria Hanson, Logan pianist, who was given $5.00. Proessor W. H. Manning, head cf the college vocal music department, de-partment, was awarded the third place position as a reward or moving the piano. Miss Doutre, who sang "Crying Water" in the finals, is a freshman fresh-man student and sang the leading role in the school production of the open "T.Xartba."
