Show Two Join Aggie Alum Group Latest Aggie graduates to obtain ob-tain a life membershhip in the Utah State alumni association are Captain and Mrs. Raymond H. White, Parley Kilburn, executive alumni secretary, reported Wednesday-Captain White was graduated from Utah State Agricultural college col-lege in 1939 in animal husbandry. He was affiliated with Sigma Alpha Al-pha Epsilon and was reserve librarian li-brarian at USAC for two years prior to entering the armed forces. In February 1942, Captain White was graduated from marine ma-rine officers candidate school at Quantico, Virginia and in July 1943 was advanced to captain. At the present time he is stationed sta-tioned in the South Pacific area. Mrs. White, the former Marietta Mariet-ta Nyman, was graduated from USAC in 1938 with a major in home economics, where she was affiliated with Phi Upsilon Omnicom. Om-nicom. Later she attended Cornell Cor-nell university and received an MS degree in nutrition. There " she was named to Phi Kappa Phi, national honorary scholastic fraternity, and several other honorary organizations. She returned from New York to join the home economics faculty fac-ulty at Branch9 Agricultural col-. col-. lege and during the 1943-44 school year was director of the home management cottage on the USAC campus. Mrs. White is now employed em-ployed with the Utah extension service as nutritionist |
