Show NOTICE. Rio Grands Western Railway General Gen-eral Freight Department- Salt Lake Citt, Utah, Aug. 1, 1892 Effective August 1st. Shipments of Live Stock Agricultural Implements, Machinery, and other articles intended for exhibition at State, County, District, Municipal or Educational Associations' Fairs or Expositions in Utah, daring the year 1S92, will be transported snb-jc-et to the following rules: First. The freight will be way-billed at owner's risk of damage, and regular rates will be charged to the Fair. Exception: Ex-ception: On shipments of fruit, grain, or vegetables, the freight charges will be refunded upon presentation of certiorate cer-tiorate from Secretary that sach ship meuts have beeu placed on exhibition. Sscoud. On return of the freight, no chanRO of ownership having occurred, aud with propsr evidence from the Secretary Sec-retary of its exhibition, It will b returned re-turned free, at owner's rish. Third. The usual live stock eon-tract eon-tract must be executed in the regular manner for shipments of live stock. Fourth. Shipments of race horses are cot to receive the benefit of this rule but are in all cases to bs charged full tariff rates both ways. (Allow the loading load-ing of sulkies and Harness In with rasing ras-ing stock without extra charge, when destined to Stote and county fairs, eto. Fifth. All property must be returned within tun (10) days after the close of fair at which it has been on exhibition; otherwise full tariff rates will be charged. Sixth. All exhibits for Territorial fair which are intended for reshipment to the World's Columbian Exposition and consigned to Mr. N. A.
