Show MILFORD UTAH Special Water r.ond Election PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Ordinance No 46, of the Town of Milford. Utah, adopted and approved the Gth day of January, Janu-ary, A. D. 1921, public notice is here by given that a special election will be held In said town on Thursday, the 24th day of Feb., A. D., 1921. at the Milford opera house in said Milford. At said election there will be submitted sub-mitted to a vote of such qualified electors of the town as shall have paid a property tax theren in the year 'preceding such election, the following follow-ing suestion: "Shall the town of Milford create an indebtedness by issuing its negotiable nego-tiable coupon bonds in the aggregate amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars. ($60,000) due and payable within twenty years from their date, and bearing interest at the rate of sir (6) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, for the purpose of supplying the town with water, by the construction of a system of waterworks, wat-erworks, to be owened and controlled' control-led' by the municipality?" The question so submitted will be voted on at said election by the ers qualified as aforesaid, at the Milford Mil-ford opera house in the town of Milford, Mil-ford, Utah. The polls will be opened open-ed at seven o'clock a. m. and continue contin-ue open until seven o'clock p. m. of 'he same day, and will be closed at that hour. Registration for said special election elec-tion will take place in the manner provided by law. i ue uaiiut. iu oe useu in voung on this question submitted will be prepared pre-pared and furnished by the town clerk to the judges of election, to be by them furnished to the voters. The election will -be held and conducted in al! respects, as nearly as possible, in conformity with the general election elec-tion laws of the state. In Witness Whereof, the board of trustees of the town of Milford, in the state of Utah, have caused this notice to be published as required by law, this 6th dav'of January, A. D. 1921. E. B.
