Show B. Y. U. NOTES of DOINGS The lirigham Young University brings to a very successful and profitable profi-table close, its second, or Winter term, on March 10. The enrollment has been unusually large this year, especially in the college courses. On Monday, the 13th, the Spring term opens, with most encourag'ng prospects as to the courses and the students. While some are compelled, always at this season of the year, to leave school, the number seems, to be ever increasing of those who arrange to remain throughout the year. With the close of the term, many subjects are completed and new-courses new-courses are begun. Among those to begin are Normal Freshman, English ;n three sections; Househald administration, admin-istration, by Miss Cutlor; Science of Education, Dr. Woodward; Elementary Elemen-tary School tests. Miss Ollorton; Agr-gumentation Agr-gumentation and Debate, the News writing by J. M. Jensen; Phychology wil be emphasized during this term, nnd Professor M. Wilford Paulson will give a number of new courses. The "Bnyan" the year book of the school, will shortly appear, and this ear's edition is said to be a hummer. |
