BE IT OJ,'! -TV).;,, ,;v THR hoard OPJI'.USTEES OF MILFORD, Section L.That Ordinance Xo. 4 of the Ordinances of the Town of Mil-ford, Mil-ford, Utah, relafina' to Licenses, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: It shall he unlawful for any person to engage in or pursue anv business, vocation or ci.liing hereinafter men. tioned, without first obtaining a license so to do, and there shall be charged (excepting where othewise provided) yearly payments into the town treason-, in advance, for such license, as follows: Junk dealeis $50.00 Photographers 50.00 Real Esiate Agents 25.00 Second Hand Dealers 25.00 Shooting Gallery 40.00 Skating Rink ..!. 4000 Laundry ...'. 2o!oO Wholesale gas and oil dealers, or wholesale gas or oil dealers 50.00 Retail gas and oil dealers, or retail re-tail gas or oil dealers 20.00 (Provided, however, that such license li-cense shall not be charged nor collected i rorn any person, firm or corporation, retailing gas or oil or both in connection with a garage business and thereby paying a garage license.) Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon the tenth day after its publication.
