OCR Text	Show 'Promising Alfalfa Crop This Season j I Never in the history of the Milford ' Valley has crop conditions improved I as they have for seed during the past j ten days. Where two weeks . ago farmers thought they had a a crop failure, they are now claiming from four to eight bushels of seed per acre, and where the most extravagant hope was for a half crop, they are now claiming from twelve to fourteen bushels per acre. On the Beaver Bottoms Bot-toms north of town where the farmers a year o rso ago sold their water rights, the crop bids fair to be exceptionally ex-ceptionally good and is maturing earlier than usual. Some of the farmers commenced cutting this week.
