King Friedrich III of Saxony, who held out to the last against the nation-wide clamor in Ger many for the elimination of all kinds of kings and princes, has abdicated, it is officially announced from Berlin. This makes the fourth of the German Ger-man "kingdoms kingless" Prussia, Bavaria and Wuerttemhurg having been proclaimed republics in the early phase of the revolution.
