Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineers office, Salt Ijake, City Utah November 6, 1918 Notice is hereby given that the Isaac C. Haight & Sons Company whose post-office address is Cedar-City, Cedar-City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate twenty three thousandths (.023) of a cubic-foot of water per second from two unnamed springs in Beaver County. Said springs are in un-surveyed un-surveyed territory, one spring bearing bear-ing north 87 degrees 16 minutes east 20,660 ft. and the other spring bearing north 87 degrees 2S minutes min-utes east 20,658 ft., both from the E 1-2 corner of Section 13, Township Town-ship 6 North, Range 70 East, Mt. Diable Base and Meridian, Nevada. The water will be collected at a point north 87 degrees 20 minutes east 20, 588 ft from the above described de-scribed corner and conveyed by means of its natural channel and a ditch for a distance of 410 ft. and there used from January 1 to Dec. ember 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in - the State Engineer's office as No. 7857. All protests against the granting of said application, s tating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty days (30) after the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
