Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 26, 1916. NOTICE is hereoy given that the Horn Silver Mining Company, by rts general manager, W. H. Hendrickson, whose pbst office address is Frisco, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements, of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as ameaded by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feet of water per second from Squaw Spring, Beaver County, Utah. Said spring issues at a point which bears south 45 degrees, west 4200 feet from the southwest corner Section 24, Towmhip S7 south, Range 13 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 6000 feet and used at the Horn Silver Mine, in the San Franoisco Mining District, for the concentration of gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc ores. This application is designated iu the State Engineer's office as No. 67S0. All protests against the granting of said application, statingthe reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
