Show East Antelope Gets Showing in Sand Carbonates The East Antelope, to the east of the Antelope properties, has struck an important body of sand carbonates and work of further development of the vein will be pushed immediately. The main shaft is now in about 150 feet and while drifting toward the main fissure, at a distance of a dozen feet from the main shaft, a considerable consider-able vein of sand carbonates was encountered, how extensive is not yet known but it is proposed to sink a winze to determine the exact area of the ore body. This sand carbonate deposit yielded galena of from 28 to 757o and so far as present indications go, the find is an important one. The East Antelope being situated in a mineral-zone of unusual richness and productiveness, it would not be surprising if the present strike presages pres-ages a very productive mine. |
