Dinwiddie. of Nada, Utah, who, on December 24. 1915, made Homestead Entry, Serial No. 016635, for W, Section 28, Township 30 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention inten-tion to make three year proof to establish claim to the land above described before Herbert Nichols.
