Show Harry Bowen went to Salt Lake Monday night on a business trip. Messrs Clyde and Thompson have been over from Beaver installing new phones this week. Miss Mary Richards is over from Greenville visiting Mrs. Eb. Tanner and Mrs. Wm. Miller. Born November 4th. to Mr. and Mrs. Vera Rollins of Minersville, a girl. Mr. and Mrs. Fournier were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Lewis Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Coon have rent ed one of the Harry Larson houses on the hill. Mrs. Dan Ferguson received word Tuesday that her son Jack had joined the navy at San Francisco. Messrs Pearson, Arrington. Jorgen-sen, Jorgen-sen, Hubbell and Burns went out to see the very successful operation of the lew pump at the Berkheimer well Tuesday. Misses Alice Ward and Delia Kirk gave a Hallowe'en party last Friday evening at the Ward home. A. L. Davis and wife left Wednesday Wednes-day for Los Angeles. Mr. Davis has been advance man for the carnival now showing here. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Mclntire and family have moved into their new residence recently completed on North Nor-th Stoddard. Their old house next door has been rented by Mr. and Mrs. Gene Pitchforth. Leonard Bowen returned Sunday from a stay of several months in Delta, Del-ta, Salt Lake City and Boise.
