Show HALLOWE'EN PARTY Mrs. Ted Bird gave a Hallowe'en party last Thursday night for her son Rulen, and his friends. The house was beautifully decorated with all kinds of pumpkins, black cats etc. The boys and girls dressed as ghosts, played all kinds of games. In the guessing contest the prize, a box of candy, was won by Macel Rogers. Refreshments Re-freshments were served at one long table, lighted by candles with apples, carrots etc. for candle sticks, and with a two-faced squash lantern for a centerpiece. Those invited were: Macel Rogers, Mildred Fotheringham, Bessie Killam, Alice Frazell, Maur-ine Maur-ine Hanks, Frances Ann Sloan, Norma Nor-ma Burns. Elwood Jefferson, Chester Gleason, Dick O'Rourke, Charles Glenn, Gl-enn, Leonard Muir and Lon Mclntire. |
