Show v FRISCO NOTES Claud M. Thompson, Evan Joseph and O. E. Nordberg went to Salt Lake City Tuesday to enlist in the Government shipyards service. Mrs. Ray Taylor is a Milford visitor vis-itor this week. The members of the Frisco Red Cross are very busy and are turning out quite a few articles for the Sammies. Sam-mies. Herman Johnson is in a Salt Lake hospital suffering from lead. Quite a number of Frisco people went to Milford to attend the show D. Osborne fell from a horse and broke his right arm. Dr. Hunter was called in and set it. James Eyres and family of Minersville Miners-ville are now residents of Frisco. A. D. McAulay went to Milford Tuesday night-Frisco night-Frisco Branch of Red Cross Frisco, Utah, February 14. A great deal of interest is being shown here by the members of the Frisco Branch of the Red Cross, which was organized January 8th. Weekly meetings are held at the home of Mrs. W. A. Buchanan, chairman, the first being held January Janu-ary 16th, when members were instructed in-structed as to the nature of the work required of them, and materials were given out to be made up. Materials Ma-terials received from the Chapter were: 12 hanks yarn, 10 lbs. yarn, 40 yards factory, 1 box knitting cotton cot-ton (12 balls). The following articles ar-ticles were completed Jan. 31 and delivered to the Chapter Feb. 2: 8 sweaters, 6 pr. socks, 12 wash cloths, 20 triangular bandages, 20 abdominal abdom-inal bandages and three pillows. Mrs. W. A. Helm and Mrs. E. R. Smyth entertained at snipping parties, par-ties, their guests being friends of their small sons. Enough cloth was snipped each evening to fill one pillow. pil-low.
