Show REV. KELLEY DELIVERS BACCALAUREATE SERMON The first commencement exercises of the Beaver County High School began Sunday evening with the baccalaureate bac-calaureate services, which were given in the high school auditorium. The services were very well attended and much appreciated. Much importance Is attached to this occasion, since it is the first time In the history of Beaver county coun-ty high school that a graduating class , has been sent out from a county high school and also the first and also the first time that graduates grad-uates have been given the privilege of such a sermon. Rev. Kelley delivered the baccalaureate bacca-laureate sermon in his usual effective manner. His subject, "God Is Love," was very appropriate and developed exceptionally well. Other numbers of the program were also well rendered. The invocation in-vocation by Bishop W. J. Burns; two choir selections, a vocal solo by Miss Delia Cottrell, and the benediction bene-diction by Ray Davis were features of the program. |
