Show CHARLES ATKTN IMPROVING ON LUZON Charles Atkin, son of Mrs. Warren War-ren Atkin, who was badly burned in a bomb blast a few weeks ago, is gradually improving in a military mili-tary hospital on Luzon, according to word receved by Mrs. Atkin this week. Charles v as '"working' witn ' a bomb demolition squad burning surplus ammunition when a bomb exploded, severely burning him about the arms, waist, back and head. His back is still heavily bandaged, ban-daged, but early infection in the left arm has been cleared up, he said in his letter to Mrs. Atkin.
