Show S0UT!I MILFORD By MRS. CARL ELMER Phone G3-J-1 Mrs. Hattie Hutchings entertained enter-tained the Social Hour Club last Thursday at the club house. A de-Mcios de-Mcios lunch was served to 12 members. mem-bers. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnight made a business trip to Salt Lake c-ty the first of the week. The Community Club met at the home of Parley Fisher this week. A delicious hot dinner was served to Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnight, Mr. and Mrs. S. Hutchings, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Obra Myers, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Griffiths and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Elmer. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Fisher left last week for Washington. The Charles Fishers and Edgar Fishers are leaving Wednesday for the same place, where they will make I their home. I . Mrs. Will Bond had a party at the club house Saturday night for her son, Don Sly, who was home on a furlough, and also for her son Doyle, in observance of his birth-I birth-I day. Fiftyfive friends from Mil-j Mil-j ford and Beaver were present. Mrs. L. Stewart, Mrs. Tolley and Mrs. Floyd Wright went to Beaver last Monday. Mrs. Floyd Wright had as her dinner guests Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Mark Sherwood and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sherwood. Mr. Watts, father of Mrs. Jenny Bow, v.ho has been seriously ill, is a little better at this writing. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sly had as their dinner guests Wednesday evening Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wright. The occasion was Mr. Wright's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baker are moving mov-ing back to their farm this week. |
