Show OUT OF TOWN GAMES ADD SPICE TO SOFTBALL PLAY Milford softballers are enjoying a bit of inter-city competition. Last week, following the Sunday afternoon game between a Caliente 'teen-age team and a local all-star squad, the Milford All-Stars journeyed jour-neyed to Caliente to lock horns with a highlytouted Panaca team. The Milfordites came home with a 1-run victory (9-8), and a lot of praise for the hospitality of the Caliente citizenry. The boys say they were treated royally. On Thursday night of this week the regular Penney squad dropped a 1-run decision to a hustling group of softball artists from Cedar City. Preliminary to the Cedar City-Penney City-Penney game, a Telluride team chalked up a 13-0 win over a group of girls representing several teamB from the ladies' league. Next Sunday the Newsboys play the Caliente 'teen-agers in the Nevada Ne-vada city, and a Nevada girls' team will match blows with the Stewart-Dunn Stewart-Dunn youngsters. Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock the R.ailroaders of Milford will tackle another Cedar City team on the local diamond. It is expected htat (Continued on Page Eight) I CEDAR CITY GAME.
