Show Lions To Continue Meeting Schedule Aiuther very fine dinner meeting meet-ing of the Milford Lions club under un-der the semi-monthly meeting plan was held Wednesday evning at the Union Pacific dining room and it was voted almost unanimously to continue on this basis through the coming quarter. Under this plan the club meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month the next meeting to be held April 13. Lion L. A. Wynaught reported cn arrangements made for the; monthly meeting this week-end ol' the Associated Civic Clubs of Sou-j thern Utah and urged all memoeis of the club to take part in the various activities of the gather- ' ing. Later in the meeting he also told of the personal interest he had taken for years in the proposed pro-posed 91-W loop highway beween .Milford and Delta, adding that. I until this road was placed cn the J state highway system neither the road commission nor the Associat- ed Civic Clubs of Southern Ut;h, could do anything f.r the project. He concluded by asking fir sug-' gestions to what more he could do in behalf of this road. Lion D. E. Kirk told cf progress being made on the Milford vallev ' race track and fair grounds alnf said that the the town board wou d be asked to declare a holiday on Friday, April 15, to permit a 100 per cent turnout of the men and boys of the town and valley for an all-valley wcrk-day to complete the project.
