Show LIONS DELAY ACTION ON JUNE RACING MEET Between 19 and ?0 Milford ' Lions will journey to Pt. George tomorrow (Saturday) Xo represent repre-sent this club at the southern Utah conclave to he hell the week-end, according to advance ad-vance reservations pKced with Lion President Fisher. A banquet and ball are scheduled to follow a business meeting earlier Saturday Sat-urday evening. Meeting in the banquet room of the Walker Cafe Thursday night, the local civic group accepted into membership Keith Bauer, manager of the repair department at the Milford Jewelry, and reinstated a former member, V. Waddoups, local manager for the Southern Utah Mortuary company and Milford representative of the State Liquor Control Commission. Preceding the meeting, the majority ma-jority of the assembled Lions accompanied ac-companied Lion Eldridge to his business establishment to congratulate congrat-ulate him on his birth anniversary. A definite decision will be ! reached at the next meeting. Joe Smith, Sam Johnson and E. C. Jorgensen were appointed as a committee to investigate the matter. The Milford Volunteer Fire Department De-partment was lauded by Lion Jefferson, Jef-ferson, Lion President Fisher and others, in calling to attention of the members the Valentine Dance sponsored by the fire department.
