Show scouts fete dads ! at banquet i At 8 p. m. Saturday, February 9. Milford Boy Scout Troop 324 and Outfit 6324 held a banquet and Invited all the fathers of the boyc in the two groups. This banquet was held in the , L. D. S. church and a dc'.'cious d'n tmt was s.irved by the Ilolief Society So-ciety and it sure was good. During Dur-ing the banquet, talks on Scnut--ing were given by Mr. Tell GuMer, scout executive of Southern Utah; -3 Mr. Dick Foerster, advisor to Out-H Out-H fit 6324 and in charge of Courts of Honor, and district committeeman; I :"Mr. James Muncey, scoutmaster,! -Hand Mr. Carlyle Gronning, neigh-' rl'..orhc3d co.iunissioner. ; i After the banquet, the fathers ; iu-.d sons went into the recreation , hall of the church, and we showed 'f our fathers what we could do. In fact, we beat our fathers in tying, Jy knots, marching, etc., and were they' ri aurpriced.
