Week's Best Recipe Strawberry Chiffon Pie 1 teaspoon tea-spoon gelatin, 34 cup strawberry pulp, U cup cold water, 1 tea-spo tea-spo n lemon juice, 18 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 4 egg whites, 1 cup whipped cream. Strawberries, about one quart. Chill pastry shell before strawberry mixture is added. Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatin on. top. Mash enough strawberries to make 34 cup pulp, add Vs cup of sugar and bring to boil. Add hot 'berry pulp, lemon juice and salt to gelatin. Cool. Beat egg whites, add. cup sugar and heat well. When gelatin gela-tin mixture thickens slightly fold in egg whites. Turn into pastry shell and chill several hours. Before Be-fore serving cover with whipped cream and garnish with whole berries dusted with powdered sugar.
