Sloan acting as chairman and Sam Cline acting as fine collector in the absence of Pnisons. Sloan, before entering on his duties as chairman, had deposited de-posited a sum of money with the fine colletor so he would not be interfered with as the meeting progre sed. Hearing on an application for the increasing of rates for the Milford and Beaver Truck company com-pany was being advertised by the Utilities Commission of Utah.
