Show Democratic Convention A convention of the Democratic party of Beaver county, state of Utah, is hereby called to convene in Beaver, Beaver county, Utah, on Saturday, October 6, 1934, at the hour of ten o'clock a.m., for the purpose pur-pose of placing in nomination a full county ticket to be voted on at the general election on November 6, 1934, as follows: Representative to the state legislature legis-lature for two-year term. Commissioner for four-year term. Commissiner for two-year term. Clerk for four-year term, r Treasurer for four-year term. Recorded for four-year term. Sheriff for four-year term. Assessor for four-year term. Surveyor for four-year term. Attorney for two-year term. And to transact such other business busi-ness as may properly come before said convention. Said convention shall consist of forty-one delegates, based on an appointment ap-pointment of one delegate for each twenty-five votes or major fraction threof cast for tin Honorable Henry H. Blood for governor in 1932, provided pro-vided that each precinct shall have not less than one delegate. On this apportionment the various precincts shall be entitled to representation as follows : Beaver, 18 delegates. Milford, 15 delegates. Minersville, 4 delegates. Adamsville, 1 delegate. Greenville, 1 delegate. Sulphurdale, 1 delegate. Nada, 1 delegate. Precinct chairmen are directed to provide for the election of delegates to said county convention in the usual manner and to certify their delegation and election to the county chairman before the hour of said convention. con-vention. They will also see that nominations for Justice of the Peace and Constable for their respective precincts are made at the primaries which elect said delegates. Precinct chairman are also directed to provide for the election of precinct and voting district officers, for the ensuing two years in accordance with rules of party organization, at the primaries called for the purpose of electing delegates to the county convention. con-vention.
