Show u Reports Are Given At Lions Club Luncheon Lion President O. C. Koch, at the regular Lions club luncheon Wednesday Wed-nesday noon, reported success in the solicitation last week of some of the larger business places to raise $20 with which to defray the cost of glasses prescribed for four local students who weie found to be badly in need of glasses at the time of examination at Beaver several weeks ago. The sponsoring of the movement move-ment was adopted as a Lions club project on motion of Lion C. R. Par-rish Par-rish some time ago. Lion M. H. Pool accompanied President O. C. Koch in making the round of the business houses last week. Lions George Jefferson and I.. A. Wynaught reported informally on their attendance at the Blanding meeting of the Associated Civic ' 1 Clubs of Southern Utah. |
