The personal opinions of an individual or of any group of individuals" should not, in all justice, be permitted to influence that person or those persons against giving the people of Utah the opportunity of voting their honest convictions on this important im-portant issue least of all any person elected to represent the people in an executive or legislative capacity and we feel certain cer-tain that our governor will recognize the fairness and propriety of submitting this matter to the electorate with the least possible loss of time!
