Show DIVORCES GRANTED IN DISTRICT COURT District court business at Beaver this week was confined pretty much to routine matters, including interlocutory inter-locutory decrees of divorce which were granted to Martin Keplinger, against Alice Keplinger, charging desertion; de-sertion; and to Ada Gillespie from William A. Gillespie, on thesKjeii&ds C of non-support and cruelty. -The former for-mer couple were married at N'ephi in 1931, while the married status of the latter couple was of even briefer duration, du-ration, they having been wed at Milford Mil-ford only a few weeks ago. Hyrum Davis, previously adjudged in contempt of court for failure to carry out the court's orders as regards re-gards his wife and family but given a suspended sentence, conditional on carrying out the court's instrujions, was ordered committed to the cour'.' jail and was duly incarcerated without with-out loss of time. |
