Show CLAIMHOLDERS MUST FILE NOTICE TO HOLD GROUND While the passing of the Smoot bill makes unnecessary to perform assessment as-sessment work on mining claims for the year 1931-1932, claimholders are required to file an affidavit of their intention to hold their claims. The form printed below is modeled after one used during the World war: Notice of intention to hold raining claims. Know all men by these presents, that I, John Doe of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, state of Utah, a citizen of the United States of America, Am-erica, and the owner and claimant of "Sun Moon and Star" mineral claims, do hereby give notice of my desire and intention to hold above said claims situated in district, county of state of as de scribed in the location notices, recorded re-corded in the office of recorder in said county of , in which record said claims are more fully at length described. And I do desire and intend to hold ! said mining claims for one year end- ing July 1, 1933, under the terms of , the joint "Resolution to Suspend Re-!
