SOMETIMES THEY USE JUDGMENT The Cigaret Tax Bill was killed in the lower house of the Idaho legislature Monday. It was mighty good judgment judg-ment on the part of the representatives to down such a freakish legislation. Legislation of this nature is purely class legislation, and there is no place on the statute books of the great state of Idaho for class legislation. We sincerely hope that the law makers in Boise will see fit to apply the axe to a number of other freakish measures that have been introduced by "intelligent" men.
