Show SOCIETY l Bridal Shower V Mr. and Mrs. William Ileslington ' entertained at a bridal shower at their ' home in Adamsville, Tuesday evening, I complimentary to their daughter-in-; law, Mrs. Melburn Heslington, nee I Ward. The bride received many use-' use-' ful and beautiful gifts, among them being a chest of silver from Mr. and Mrs. Heslington. Mrs. Levi Is Hostess Mrs. Karl Levi entertained the Jolly Stitchers club last Friday afternoon. af-ternoon. The time was pleasantly spent in sewing and visiting. Guests were Mrs. Scott Tanner, Mrs. Harriet Har-riet Fotheringham, Mrs. Stoker, Mrs. Fred Levi, Mrs. Antone Johnson, Mrs. William Fernley and Mrs. James Lang. Airs. Sloan Entertains Mrs. Chas. C. Sloan entertained at bridge Wednesday, complimentary to Mrs. William Elmer, of Ruth, Nevada. Nev-ada. At five-thirty, a delicious two-course two-course luncheon was served. Mrs. William Broyles won high score; Mrs. George Jefferson, low score, and Mrs. Elmer was presented with a guest prize. The guests were Mesdames Melvin Stanley, Dan Sullivan, Kimmel Coon, William Broyles, William Fernley,. Jack Williams, Jack Thiessen, Frank Farmer, James Glenn, George Jefferson, Jeffer-son, Charles Parrish, and the guest of honor, Mrs. Elmer. Young Matron's Club Meets Y Mrs. K. B. Coon entertaned the ! Young Matrons' club last Thursday evening at her home. Bridge was played with Mrs. Alvin Baker winning first prize; Mrs. J. Thiessen, second; and Mrs. Schow, consolation.. The members and guests were Mesdames Schow, Thiessen, Farmer, Baker, Hickman, Kirk, Broyle, and W. H. Elmer, of Ruth, Nevada. Mrs. Broyles Entertains Mrs. W. H. Broyles was hostess at a bridge party Tuesday afternoon. Pink roses were the decorations throughout the house. At the close of the game, a delightful two-course luncheon was served. Prize winners were Mrs. Sam Hickman, points; Mrs. W. H. Elmer, honors; and Mirs. A. H. Baker, consolation. The guests were Mesdames Elmer, Schow, Thiessen, Sloan, Baker, Williams, Hickman, Farmer, Coon, Cowley, Sullivan, and Mrs. Clair Nichols, of Salt Lake City. Vrs. Heslington Complimented J Miss Alice Schow and Miss Leah ' Smith were hostesses at a bridal shower given at the former's home Friday evening, and in honor of Mrs. Melburn Heslington. The evening was spent in playing Five Hundred, after which a dainty luncheon was served. High score was won by Mrs. J. H. Weston, and low score by Mrs. Melvin Stanley. The guests present were Mjesdames L. F. Kohler, Melvin Mel-vin Stanley, J. M. Hughes, H. F. Chanslor, Scott Tanner, Eph Smth., N. S. Schow, John Weston, Dan Hutchings, Harry Ward, M. P. Lewis, M.
