Show , FRISCO f- - : The Tintic Lead Co., shipped ten carloads of ore Wednesday, October 8 Seven cars Zinc-Lead Sulphides, two cars Gold, Silver Carbonates and one carload of Copper ore The drift being be-ing driven on the 1000 ft. level looks very promising with a good showing of copper in the face and a small stream of copper water coming out of the fissure. A high grade streak of galena ore is being followed on the 800 level the prospects are very promising prom-ising for a stope of ore. The leasers on the 300 level are working in a good body of ore with good gold and silver values. Attorney Abe Murdock and Roy Coleman were in Frisco Tuesday on business. Burton Banks made a trip to Paro-wan Paro-wan Sunday. Mr. White and Mrs. Jameson were guests of Mr. and Mrs. K. G. Kirk last week. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter entertained enter-tained at cards Monday evening having hav-ing a their guests, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Stoker and Max Baxter of Milford. Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Edwards were" Minersvillo visitors Saturday and Sunday. Miss - Letha Anderson, of Beaver was Frisco visitor Tuesday. Dug Ryan was a Frisco visitor Tuesday. Mr. Young, a geologist, is looking over the Horn Silver Mine. Mr. Childs and Wm. Hurst, of Salt Lake City were down Sunday looking over the mine. j N Ten cars of ore went to the smelters smelt-ers Wednesday. The mine averages about 10 cars per week. The new school bus is making two regular trips hauling the men to work and the school children back to school. Miss Vera Goodwin returned home Friday, after spending a week with her sister, Mrs. May Hutchings in Beaver. Mrs. Harold Baxter was a Miners-ville Miners-ville visitor Sunday. . j |
