Notice is hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of an Act of Congress, approved approv-ed May 10, 1872, the Moscow Silver Mines Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, whose Post Office address ad-dress is Room 517 Felt Building. Salt Lake City, Utah, by Robert Sherwood, its Attorney in Fact, has made application for a patent pat-ent for the Detroit and St. Louis lode Mining Claims, described by the official offi-cial plat and by the field notes on file in the office of the Register of the Utah Land District at Salt Lake City, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Detroit and St. Louis lodes, Mineral Survey No. 6962, located in the unsurveyed un-surveyed part of Township 28 South, Range 12 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Star Mining' District, Beaver Beav-er County, Utah. Magnetic variation at all corners 17 East. Beginning at corner No. 1 of the St. Louis lode, Survey No. 6962, whence the quarter section corner on the West boundary of Section 30, I Township 28 South, Rante 11 West, Salt Lake Base ami Meridian, hears North iy2l'49" East 293S feet; thence South 14 "57' East 1104.9 feet to corner cor-ner No. 2 of the said St. Louis lode; thence South 8222' West 13G3.9 feet to the point of intersection with the line between corners numbers 1 and 2 of the Detroit lode of this Survey; thence South 002' East 723.7 feet to corner No. 2 of said Detroit lode; thence North S90S' West 3S4.S feet to corner No. 3 of said Detroit lode; thence North 5327'30" West 956.6 feet to corner No. 4 of said Detroit lode; thence North 4017' East 106 feet to corner No. 5 of said Detroit lode; thence South 8204' East 518.1 feet to comer No. 6 of said Detroit lode; thence North 7649' East 200.3 feet to corner No 7 of the said Detroit lode; thence North 4139' East 367.8 feet to the point of intersection with the line between corners numbers 3 and 4 of the said St. Louis lode; thence North 1457' West 405.8 feet to corner No. 4 of the said St. Louis lode; thence North 8222' East 1445.1 feet to corner No. 1 of the said St. Louis lode, the place of beginning of exterior boundaries. The said ground containing 18.241 I acres, exclusive of conflict area with ' Survey- No. 5G0S, Express Mine lode; Survey No. 5055, Andes Mine lode, Survey No. 5743, Kathleen Extension lode, Survey No. 6683, Atlas No. 2 lode, Survey No. 5682, Atlas No. 3 lode, Lot No. 57, Atlas lode, which said conflict areas are expressly excluded ex-cluded from the said application for patent. The names of the adjoining claims as shown by the plat are as follows: Survey No. 6958, Salt Lake Lode, Survey No. 5655, Rocky Mountain lode, Survey Nov 5673, Midway Mine lode, Survey No. 5743, Johnson Mine lode. Location notices of the said Detroit and St. Louis lodes are recorded in Book 14 of Hining Locations at page 8 in the records of the County Recorder Record-er of Beaver Countv, State of Utah. ELI F.
