Show MINERSVILLE ) Mr. and Mrs. Jess Ward, of Long Beach, California visited relatives here last week. Mrs. Ward was form-lerly form-lerly Miss Jule Bingham, of this city. Miss Evelyn Roberts departed Friday Fri-day for Lon Beach, California, where she will spend the winter. Miss Lillian Carter spent the week end at Payson and Provo. Mr. and Mrs. D. R. McKnight left Monday morning to attend the fair at Salt Lake City. Miss Lula Thompson, of Upalco, is here visiting friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Emil Nowers and family, of Beaver, spent the week-end visiting at the home of F. D. Williams. Wil-liams. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Rollins, of Pioche were here to attend the funeral of Bro. Melvin Marshall. Mrs. William Eyre, of Parowan ' I spent Sunday here with her daughter, Mrs. George Dalton. The following people attended a re-. union of the Carter family at Payson, Saturday and Sunday.
