Show BILLBOARD OWNER CITED INTO COURT William Bringhurst of Springvil'e, Utah, who has been operating billboards bill-boards in Nephi City, and has advertised ad-vertised tobacco, therjon, which is ;;ov contrary to law, appeared in Justice J. S. Cooper's court Tuesday, and plead not guilty to the charge. The complaint was signed by Attorney At-torney Thos. H. Burton, charging -hat the defendant "did unlawfully, wilfully and knowingly commit a misdemeanor" by advertising cigarettes cigar-ettes within the City of Nephi. The above case is a friendly cp.se, and -will' be taken before the Supreme Court, to. .test' the law. At the suggestion of Judae Burto:!, the defendant was. allowed . to go without bail, and the case will set during the next .week. Nephi Times |
