Hunter was a large wreath by the order of the Big Four. Fireman Kimmel Coon underwent an operation at the Milford hospital last Monday and is at present reported re-ported as doing nicely. Brakeman Frank Goff is now back on the board after a month's treatment treat-ment at the L. D. S. hospital. Fay Bradfield is having a new home built which promises to be a beauty. It is being erected across the street from the Forgie Apartments. Apart-ments. Brakeman Roches has moved here from Caliente. His family will join him later. Mrs. Otto Steenbock, who has been in Los Angeles for medical aid, has returned, greatly improved. Firement Beesley and Malstrom are back on the board again. Mrs. Chas. Ford was a visitor in Taliente the 19th. Leo McVay and wife are amoa.j he proud owners of new cars, it le-ng le-ng a Ford. Last week, there were several brakemen from this division who went to Salt Lake to take the promotions pro-motions for conductor. Among them were Henry Parsons, Bernard Hut-chins, Hut-chins, J. C. Jensen and Murray Wing. The father of Switchman Staggers arrived a few days ago as a surprise sur-prise to 'Scotty.' He was greatly welcomed, wel-comed, and as Mr. Staggers is at present seeking a location for health benefit, he may remain for some time. He is an ex-railroader. Engineer Millsap and his wife were among the many folks to help :elebrate 49'ers day. Miss Delta Neilson, of Lynndyl, has been transferred to the Union Pacific lunchroom here. Miss Neil-son Neil-son exchanged with Miss Georgia Davis. |
