Show CHILD ATTACKED BY COW, UNHURT .Wayne, the three-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Carter, narrowly escaped serious injury when he was attacked by a mad cow at a corral near his home Friday evening. He had gone with Keith Fullerton, a neighbor boy, to the corral, and while the older lad was milking a cow, the child had crawled inside the fence. Before Keith wras aware of any trouble the cow had backed the child against the fence, caught him under the right arm with her horn and tossed the boy over her head. She had turned and was again charging charg-ing when the Fullerton boy, sensing the danger, drove her away. Except for minor bi-uises caused by the fall, the child was unhurt. News, St. George. |
