Show JOE FRAMPTON WAS NEAR DEATH Joe Frampton.p proprietor of the Frnmpton Motor Co., of this city, was rushed to the hospital at Milford last week and was operated on for appendicitis. The operation revealed that his appendix had ruptured sometime some-time before and he was in a very critical condition. Drain tubes were inserted, how-jver, how-jver, and removal of the appendix was deferred. It was thought that he was getting along alright until Sunday Sun-day afternoon when he went into jonvulsions and hope of saving him was almost dispaired of. His children andhis mother, who were here, were rushed to his bedside and the next morning reports were general here that he had died. On Monday afternoon, after-noon, however, it was learned through telephone communication that he was still alive though in a very serious seri-ous condition. It is rumored since then that he is some better but we haven't anything definite as to that. Parowan Times."
